Default Please Help! Audio Driver Error

I recently reformatted my computer.Everything is working fine except that no sound is coming. Whenever i play any audio file the player says bad audio driver.
What should i do about it?My windows is XP.
Please help me out friends!!!

Install the Audio driver! it normally comes with the Mainboard CD or download the appropriate driver from the net!

install necessary drivers from motherboard cd or download from manufacturers website
