Talking Opera and FlashGet and some more

I'm experiencing problems with Opera and FlashGet.

)My Opera keeps on crashing, I have latest version and have tried reinstalling it some times.

)Problem with FlashGet is strange to me, whenever I run it, it says "Failed to create empty document", and then shuts. I have reinstalled Flashget also many times, even after erasing all its registries . The problem persists.

)Also can anyone suggest me some tweak or software that can enable me to rename files efficiently.
I download many wallpaper packs daily and store them in single place, most of them have same names.
When I group rename them, the XP renames them in its traditional way like Picture,Picture(1),Picture(2) and so..
I want to rename them in a way so that first file gets 1, second 2 and like that.
e.g. Picture - 1,Picture - 2, etc

)I also seem to have problems with my internet connection
I use reliance broadband, it many times stops working and I have to restart my PC to get it working.
It uses logon to use mechanism, it is a real pain for me as it logs out automatically periodically. I wish to know if both problems mentioned above are related to my PC or to the ISP.

One more thing, could anyone tell if the files asr_ehphi, asr_fxhfh, etc are related to some kind of virus, i found them in my System32 folder.
My Avast(updated daily) didn't detect anything, and my computer is acting suspiciously slow these days.
