Lightbulb Dual Layer Dvd Writer Explain Please...


Hi Everybody....
I want to know about Dual Layer DVD Writer..
I have some query about it....

1) can i write normal 4.7gb DVD to 8gb DVD with using Dual layer DVD writer..
or i have to buy Dual layer DVD to write....
cant i write any DVD to size 8.0gb????
And if i have to buy Dual layer DVD ,,then how much cost it...
and is it available easily in Gujarat??

2) Which Dual layer DVD writer is best to buy..and how much cost it.???

dual layer and single layer discs both writable on dual layer dvd writer. All latest dvd writers support bot single and dual layer burning.

U can write both dual(8gb) as well single(4.7gb)disc on dual layer dvd

It costs rs 50 here in nagpur....not worth...get samsung writer..its good

Dual layer dvd writer means that it can write single layer dvd, dual layer dvd, cd, cd-rw, dual layer dvd-rw, single layer dvd-rw.

You need not worry about single and dual layer burning.

Get samsung or sony dvd burner

But my que. is --- Can i write normal DVD which cost me 15rs to 8gb...
In other words....can i make simple 4.7gb dvd to 8.GB DVD...
Or i have to buy Dual layer DVD which is cost more then normal DVD...

Are u getting my point...??
