Default Antivirus


For a long time I have been using Avast 4.8 Home Edition, there is surely it worked all so well however my computer got infected so many times and just a thought came into my mind is something more is needed

its got Firewall and AV

or as many say u can even try the latest norton...

but KIS rocks..

Some times avast is not able to repair files and u only need to remove them

And if the files are system files then u r gone

yes you can repair those files very easily. but first remember when you install it then you must have generate VRDB by this you can repair your files. if you dont do this then you are unable to repair files. It is somehow like making backup of your data but virtually not really.

One suggestion-: Also install "Spybot Search and Destroy" antispyware with avast antivirus. The combination of both works great.

I personally found AVG more effective in detecting Virus and removing them than Avast.But with home enviroment it should make much of a noticeable difference.
And this refers to the den of Viruses, my cyber cafe where we usually come across all types of viruses.

I have installed Avira Antivir and Comodo

but since yesterday they both stopped working suddenly

Lookin strange, they r not worknig, I tried reinstalling them

but still no use
