may be Avast has taken care of the problem, my computer speed is also good
however I don't know about some system processes are still running on my computer

VRT2.tmp

It looks like a kind of malware, my internet speed is decreasing gradually day by day, any clue how to remove them.

How can I track the usage of my bandwidht


i.e. what is being downloaded and uploaded at a specific time

Now I think the XP has stopped it but an annoying message pops up every time that Windows has prevented the following application to execute
VRT02D.tmp and VRT01.tmp

wat should i do now to completely remove it,

is the program given by u a good mean to remove it. can I trust it

If you use Zone Alarm then while it tries to get executed, click on "Block this Request" and then tick "Remember the answer".

BTW to permanently remove them, I would suggest you to do a 8-X Kill in Noob Killer. Hope it works!!
