Error while invoking Internet Explorer 7

I just get a strange error while clicking explorer icon , it shows err msg " The ordinal 650 could not be located in the dynamic link library iertutil.dll" and i'm not able to use explorer , firefox is working .. Any idea ?

"iertutil.dll' is the Runtime Utility for Internet Explorer.

Download iertutil.dll from here: http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?iertutil

Replace the file "iertutil.dll" in your Windows\System32 folder. This ought to fix it.
