groupmanager in Vista???

For past one day, whenever try to shutdown my system, I get this message,"Following process is preventing the system from shutdown" The process is groupmanager.ex Its not even a proper .exe, WTH is it? A virus or what? What to do?

I think it may be a virus because Group Policy manager has file name as "gpedit.msc"

^^Group Policy Editor is gpedit.msc. But you are right anyway, it's not a system file.

@Plasma: Try searching for the file and try to scan it. Also, do try to remove it from the startup list by using msconfig.

Oops, ya i mean Group policy EDITOR...lolz

Well it was a remnant file and program of my uninstall of Creative ZEN's management suite, deleted the registry value, will see what happens next.
