Jerking sound !!

Hi Friends,

I have AMD Athnlon 3000+ processor and Asus K8vmx mobo With sound max audio drivers.

The problem is when ever I'm trying to scroll down a page or watch a movie there is a jerking sound heard in speakers.

I've tried Installing and updating the audio drivers but there's no use.
I could find this problem both in XP and vista.

Help me out guys.

I think there is a problem with your display drivers, try to update them
