Problem with "Found new Hardware Wizard".

every time computer boots it shows the message "found new hardware" and starts the "Found new hardware wizard".
I have installed everything from my drivers cd.
I started having this problem recently after my last format 1 week ago.
Can i get a way to stop those messages of "found new hardware" coming up every time i boot my computer?
plz help.

Well, what hardware did it find? go to device manager and check. right click my comp ->properties.
