serious internet issues..... PLEASE HELP!!!

1. The max download speed i can get in torrents is 5kbps...
i tried port forwarding but it doesn't work
i even tried the software pfconfig to forward ports, but still the problem persists......
iam using hauwei smartAX MT882 modem and the connection type is PPPoE(bsnl 500 plan)
(i have already referred to the previous threads regarding this but nothing's working)
2. In the past couple of days youtube and megavideo have slowed down like hell(though my speed test results show that my dl speed is 1460kbps i only get around 48kbps) but the downloads done through downthemall and internet download manager are still fast
3. The direct downloads through rapidshare though initially is fast(60KBps) reduces drastically after about 100MB of download(10KBps)

Check for your firewall and antivirus settings. May be something is intereferring! Also check if any application is using internet for updates etc and hence sharing bandwidth. (Check windows update)

Run a spyware scan too! Hope that helps
