install vista over windows 7

guys i upgraded from vista ul to 7 v 7057
7 is definately much better than vista personal view for my laptop but having some in network & software compatibility issues specially dt pro

so i want to move to vista again without losing my settings & softs
just tell the right way to do that

You cant downgrade Win7->Vista. Clean install is your only go.
