Default System problem..

Hi friends,

1)my system had one problem. I am using windows XP.The BIOS settings are not saving. ie.. When i start my system i went in to BIOS and change boot first -
hard disk. Once i shut down means it is changed to default to CD drive.

2)When start system it will show time as 12 o clock. Year 2006. I changed to current time but when i shut down mean it will show the time is 12. Some one said the cell inside the system is not working. But it is also working.

3)my system is working fine for some days. After some days it will not working at all. I will give few days rest to my system. Then it is working fine. Again few days later same problem. Every time, when the system is not working it is showing different problem. One time the ram will not work at all. One time hard disk get heat. Other time it show the message in desktop as "system is recovered from huge problem". But my hard disk and ram is in good condition.
