IM AS MAD AS HELL!!

i have once managed to map network drive by entering computer's address manually . but it is not working after restart . it is giving error that the remote computer is not connected . also to notice , the local ips of both notebook and pc keep on changing . (because of other devices also useing wifi ) what are the methods i can try ? ----------------------------------------- Posted again: ----------------------------------------- also to tell both os are password protected under different usernames

got it , kaspersky was conflicting with local networks
