Which software will allow me to circle, point using arrow, etc. Here is an image, so you know what I am looking for.

take the screen shot of ur screen by pressing printscreensysrq buttom available in the right side of the keyboard then paste it into the ms-paint after saving it .open it in the ms-word and then you can do the editing
