Default Virus problem..

My pc is infected with these two viruses:

1)MAlware:BV:AutoRun-G(Wrm)
2)win32: DsBot-Q(Trj)

please help me to remove these viruses..

Download Noob Killer and do a 8-X Kill or manually find and forcibly delete it .
