Oh well.
I aint gonna install it coz I'll have to enable the Themes service, and then Visual Styles and such and my PC will be really slow, however I have a 256M RAM........

I'm using Window Blinds which needs neither of Themes or Visual Styles enabled ..............
So is there a Window Blinds alternative for the theme??

You haven't patched the uxtheme.dll file. This will not let you apply any other themes except themes from MS-Windows.
Download it at:
http://www.softpedia.com/get/Desktop...P2-Final.shtml
and patch the uxtheme.dll and it should work fine..........
Let me know if it doesn't...........
