installed on my computer( dual core 2GHZ, 1gb ddr2, 160gb HDD)
The os has become unstable and keeps crashing.
can anybody tell me how to reinstall the OS without having to reacctivate?

I had read on some website that if we make a backup
of certain files of a comp which is already activated
and then restore these files on the newly installed
comp we do not have to activate it again.
I think there was an article on digit about this long time back..
I dont remember which issue. Any ideas.???

Sorry but the fact is that you can reinstall xp without activation (without using crack, of course....)
