Command Prompt in Vista

I just re-installed vista two days back, but now, i'm not able to run commands like "net user", "net stat", "ipconfig", "xcopy" etc. in command prompt! Rest command like dir etc. are working fine.

Any clue??

Try running the Command prompt with admin rights..
