patch driver in windows iso image - How?

Hi Every1,I m facing Driver problem in my company ,whenever i install Windows os in Dell Power Edge Server ,mean Raid Driver etc... nd i want to patch driver in windows iso image bcoz i dont want to face again problem .if u have any idea plz tell me with full of guide. waiting for your reply dude

Use:
nLite - for xp
vLite - for vista.
Add your driver and make ISO image and burn.
These software are too easy to use.
And in the case of vLite you need a dll file- wimgappi.dll.
Download this dll and paste it in the directory where vLite.exe exist.
