Default Yahoo Answers???

Sry if i am posting this thread in a wrong forum, but i couldnt figure out the exact position for this hack
Anyways I am unable to post answers on Yahoo Answers!, I get a page saying error 999!
What is the problem and how do i solve it?

The Two rules should be
1.I am always right
2.If i am wrong then follow rule no.1
