Windows XP is not beaing activated

I have genuine windows XP with SP2.
Now I have 1 problem with this XP.
Last week I have reinstalled it and after that I am trying to activate but it isn't activated.

What would be the problem?

Did you do any changes to your hardware after you uninstalled? You mite have to contact microsoft support

Not yet.
But I will be upgrade my HDD and add graphics card.

BTW, have you tried phone activation ?

Hey havent tried phone activation.
Tell me what would I have to do for phone activation?
And remember one thing I got this windows XP from my bro when he was in USA and I dont have its bill.

First of all you need the original serial number from your bro. I think you already have that.

Hey I dont understand 1 thing that last time I installed windows XP and it was been activated without any problem.But this time it is not.I havent changed a single hardware yet.


I will try to solve this problem tomorrow because I will have my new Graphics card,HDD and a SMPS.
