Default How to recover files deleted by system restore

I used sytem restore to fix the problem with my media player........
and it deleted a folder on my desktop which contained imp. personal files....
i didnt noticed that and i restored it one more time....

when i noticed dat folder was missing....
i tried undoing the restore..
and messed up...
but i cant get my folder back.......
-----------------------------------
then i opened my system volume information folder by changing its security permissions
and it is showing folders organized according to restore points no. and there are some files in it....

I m sure dat folder i lost is some where in this folder
------------------------------
So is there any way so that i can extract my files from the system volume folder ?

If your file system is FAT32, PC Inspector File Recovery works fine. Here's the download page:

http://www.filehippo.com/download_file_recovery/

Instructions are provided in the program.

The files are not actually deleted it in The System Volume Information
folder that is hidden and protected u need to set the enable show hidden files and system files and also disable use simple file sharing(RECOMMENDED) to do this go to tools folder option view uncheck hide extension for know file types and also disable hide protected operating system files (RECOMMENDED) and also uncheck use simple file sharing (RECOMMENDED )and set the security of that folder by right cliking ->properties->security->ADD (The user for which u want to give access)

NOTE:The System Volume Information folder is in the root of the drive
