Default Is it possible to edit Vista startup files from XP?


Hey guys,
Is it possible to edit Vista startup files from XP? Some worm is preventing me from using Vista. I just get a blank screen after welcome screen. Same problem in safe mode too.

You can read them modify them but cannot replace them
