H:?? Check if you're extracting the file to a hard drive.

Try renaming the file from within the Winrar explorer interface before extracting it.

The files extensions are *.bin & *.cue ?? Is it a movie??

If so, U need to mount with Daemon Tools or anything of that like

OR

use VLC Player it can directly play it.

OR

Burn directly to CD using NERO & play it on your DVD Player...it will read

Winrar has a rename option in its right click menu. Try renaming it. Also, make sure your entire path does not exceed 256 (or 64??) characters.
