DVD Writing

I have downloaded some movies in the avi format. These files are of the size 700 mb each. When I write these files on a DVD using Nero 7 each file occupies 4.36 gb!!
How can I make a DVD which may have 3-4 of such movies?

Try other DVD burniing software like Ashampoo or any good one

Try writing with InfraRecorder, Ashampoo, etc.

Select create ISO (Data DVD) in nero.. And not a Video DVD.. That's your problem.
