Default Two connections at a time

I have a BSNL broadband 256 kbps unlimited Home plan, I use it for download purpose and it gives me 25-32 kbps download speed. I want to increase this speed with the use of a edge enabled mobile phone nokia 3110c having airtel sim card. I am able to use Nokia for browsing Internet using Proxifier. But it gives a very low speed as compared to broadband. Now the settings for airtel is known to us and is configured through proxifier by giving 100.200.1.99 as Ip address and port 8080. Now the software has the capability for chain linking, it means it is able to use two connections at a time, but i am having problem with setting the bsnl broadband server address and the port it uses for configuring in the proxifier. Please help, how can i use both connections , broadband and Edge enabled connection at a time through proxifier.

I don't know much about this issue, but I think that its called 'bridging of internet connections'. Google it and you should get some help.
