Errror: Message on start up

Hiiii guyz,

whenever I re-start my pc i get this error



now the history...
i was havin spyware doctor 6 which had expired since 15 days... so i downloaded Nod 32 -30 days trial version & then deleted spyware
Nod32 found some threats which were deleted but from then onwards i m gettin this message

so i removed Nod 32 as it couldnt solve my query & downloaded PC Tools Internet Security with 1 yr license but the problem is not yet solved wat 2 do??

Pls help me at the earliest...
