Default explorer.exe crashes n restarts.. Plz help

i am using xp with sp2.. Few days back when i was browsing over net my taskbar was restarting again and again.. I restarted windows but problem continued.. I then opened windows in safe mode.. But problem stil continued.. My mcafee cant detect any virus.. Plz help..

Shell problem. Download shexview and run it and disable 50 shell in a group and see whether it works for u or not if it works find which shell is causing the problem and only disabe that shell and enable the disabled shell.
