Unable to Login into Wordpress Admin Panel - Wordpress 2.7

It has been a great start of New Year for me.
Just yesterday I made a blog post & updated the theme of my blog with a new one. Everything was fine yesterday.

Now I tried to log in to my wordpress admin panel, but I am getting a weird message, which has gone as a bouncer to me

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/gaurav/public_html/wp-content/themes/wp-transmission-aio/functions.php:19) in /home/gaurav/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 850

The above is what I get when I try to access, gauravlive.com/wp-admin

I tried as per http://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_Troub...ing_problem.3F & found out that my pluggable.php doen't have ?> at the end.

Also it states some error on line 19. How do I proceed to eliminating this problem.

Another thing I noticed was I was not able to open my site(gauravlive.com) neither logIn to administrator area(gauravlive.com/wp-admin) from Opera 9.63 but Mozilla Firefox did open my site but gave the same error while logging into Admin area.

I can see that you are hosted on whost.in

is your problem solved????

If not open a support ticket...... and I will restore your account using our backup. After restore you can again upgrade your account.

And don't use any plugin to upgrade your wordpress, instead use this method to upgrade your wordpress.

just delete that theme folder from cpanel and it will default back to normal.

You can always use our backup system to restore your account in case.. you have messed files or your website is hacked.

^Can you give more info as what exactly what should I do in case my site gets hacked or goes down?
