what happened to my task manager...????

this is what i got to see when today morning i opened my task manager :



i have not cropped/ modified this image.........
where are my menus and those tabs application, processes, etc etc......??

is this any kind of trojan, malware.......??
im currently using avast antivirus 4.8 pro and it showed no alaram or any notification.........

yesterday i downloaded some s/w from so called "not secure sites".........
is this the reason for my menuless task manager..........!!

I'll suggest that you just dbl-click the border of the task manager.
