Default 'double click' spyware

Every time after internet access, when I run a spy ware scan it shows presence of a spy ware as Dubleclick. Any idea what this one is and how it can be prevented.
Thx.

Its DoubleClick.net ... its an online advertising company (imo) and does quite frequently place spyware on systems.

As suggested by mrintech you cud use SuperAntiSpyware. Even Spybot Search and Destroy or AdAware will be able to remove it quite easily.
