Sata Drivers Problem

i have a CD of WINDOWS xp WITH ME & I WANT TO INSTAll IT ON MY LAPTOP, BUT IT TELLS THAT U HAVE TO INSTAll THE SATA DRIVERS WITH IT ONLY THEN WINDOWS xp WILL BE INSTAlleD.

I wanna include those drivers in the CD of the xp i have, so that it would install the drivers directly into my pc.

pls. could anybody assist me with it ???

U can use nLite to integrate that drivers to xp.

i have done that too.
after integrating also the setup doesnt run.

Seems you are making some mistake while integrate. I have integrate sp3 and nvidea, sigmatel drivers successfully and make a bootable image. nlite gives a option of add drives. Extract your drivers with winrar in any folder. Now browse to that folder while adding drivers. It will ask for perticular .inf file in folder.
