Default Dsl connection monitor software?

Hello everyone
i'm having bsnl data one connection has been disconnecting frequently

I need a software that will monitor my DSL connection and logs the time when it disconnect and reconnect, so I can get a pattern. Anyone know a good (preferably free, but if not...it's ok) software that can do that?
Regards.

I think you can see details at some BSNL website only. Login using your account, and you can see all the usage details with timing.
