Question Windows XP SP3 install

I have a little query. I had Windows XP SP3 installed on D: previously. I made a clean installation of SP3 again in C:. Now,on OS selection menu,it displays both the OSes. Is it ok if i format my D Will it affect my C: installation?

I've tried uninstalling that D: OS using osunist.exe command in Safe Mode. It didn't work. It displays error like "Required component are not registered".

Default Re: Windows XP SP3 install

simply enable show all files. Uncheck Hide extensions for known file types and also uncheck Hide protected operating system files. To do this go to my computer->tools->folder options->view

And then go to C drive and open the boot.ini file and delete the invalid entry
