Please HELP ME with this malware..

I've run into this unknown malware for two months now I cant get rid of it.
Please Help..
First, I can't update my anti-virus program. I can't accss their website neither (kaspersky).. Actually, I can't access any website that has anti-virus programs.. I can't download almost anything that can remove malware. Lately, I even discoverd that I couldn't defragment my Hard disk.
I have Win XP SP2,I use Kaspersky 2009.. Please Someone HELP ME!!!

Ok Dude Here R The Steps
1)Get a PenDrive
2)Go To Ur Friend's House Or NearBy Caffe & Download Avast
3)Boot Into Your PC
4)Insert USB Drive & Install Avast Giving Answer As Either "Next" or "Yes" till you reach finish
5)Restart Your PC
6)Avast will do a boot time scan for which you'll have to press "Key 2" if it asks for any answer (Warning Don't Press Any Key Till The Scanning Starts)

*Report Here if this procedure fails

Do whatever Ecko said but with following softwares:

* http://www.emsisoft.com/en/software/free

Hope you have access to above sites Also try to Manually update them, they will get updated without any problem
