New Icons to be added

Well, I want to change the icons of :

Harddisk Drives ( which are shown in the My Computers folder )

Removable Devices eg. CD-ROM Drive icon ( which are shown in the My Computer folder )

How can I change this icons to the icon of my choice ?

Please tell me.
