Rapidshare error!!!!!!!!

Every time from some days, when i try to download any file from Rapidshare as a free user find following error:
my ip address is already downloading a file and and i have reached my maximum limit.
While i have not downloading any file.
What is the problem here.
i am using idea direct internet without proxy.

ipconfig /release

Is ur ip is static or dynamic ? U can mail to rapidshare about this problem

I have already tried this steps before writing such as clearing cookies, and cleaning by ccleaner.
I dont know what is the problem but this was not happened before i was using Direct internet connection.
Previously i was able to download any file from rapidshare when i was using proxy in idea imis.
But now a days using proxy also give the same error.
is my IP address is uses by someone other? Or it is the rapidshare related problem?

and paroh give me address of Rapidshare email and what messege i need to send. i want to try it also. My IP is Static.

Use a proxy to circumvent this problem.

Maybe someone is sharing your IP Address. This is the main problem with Static IP's

Sending E-mail is also not work, but while searching problem i have find a best thing:
Download Direct
http://www.snapfiles.com/get/dldirect.html
It has the capability do download directly from the rapidshare with the Resuming capability.
Other best point it gives 15 days trial.
Now i have download my necessary file.
And thanks to all of you for your important suggestions.
