VCD size problem cant copywrite.

Now most of VCDs are coming with 700+ size so cant copy write with nero.The dat files in the cd also r more than 700 even in 700mb cd.I opened the cd in isobuster it showed the same file size to 634 and i extracted it but after extraction the changed to 700+ again.i know it is fake size but only solution i hav is to cut short the video and encode to lower bitrates.but the process is tough and lengthy.
So i need an another simple solution.

You can burn a 80 mins of video in a 700 mb discs.. And 90mins on a 800mb discs..
