Default Firefox help!


Hey guys i have firefox version 2.0.18. All sites including youtube open n run smoothly on it . but when i run metacafe videos all windows ,webpages opened in firefox crash. Why is it so? Pls reply.Thanx.

Possibly metacafe is using some type of script not supported on that version of Firefox. I strongly recommend you to use the new version of Firefox i.e.,3.0.4 not only for this issue, but in general sense of overall features and security.

when i click on download window appears DAP failed to download..why is it so???i use only firefox..dont have other browser...

Try restarting the download or download using browser itself.

you can also use Google Chorme
it is less with features but dont crash like Firefox

^^Firefox doesn't crash either. And Chrome is still in beta and expected to be in beta stage for 2-3 years(like gmail, orkut)

not technical but its my personal exp.
my FF crashed many time even it hangs mantime when i open www.adobe.com
so i hav shifted to chrome till now it is not creating any problem

only Prob is it dont have Print Preview option

^^For me it crashed when I used adobe flash player 10 on fedora 9 34 bit. No problem at all on fedora 10. Which version of firefox did u use? Tried the latest one?
