how to burn the VIDEO_TS and AUDIO_TS from hard disk to DVD disc so that i can watch on DVD player ??

Look for Create Video CD/DVD option in the Burning tool you are using. And add only those Video_TS Files (Name of file doesn't matter, it can be of any name). No need to add those Audio_TS File

Rest will be done by Tool itself.

Any burning software that you have Ashampoo, Nero etc etc

Use nero, my opinion.
Go to backup section. Click on copy entire dvd-video. Now add ur video_ts folder in it. And then burn.

Create a data disc, add the videots folder, burn it. Don't forget the video.ifo file.
