Default Correcting how?

Hi,

I have got Windows XP Home Edition (SP2). It is already on C. But I installed again the same software on D. But I formatted D. 1). But I do not know how to remove it completely.

Moreover, using the CD for the purpose of remove it, I once again installed ONLY the set up of the software unfortunately without completing the whole process of installation. 2). How to delete Windows XP Home set up too?

So, when booting, there are on the screen as follows:
Windows XP Home
Windows XP Home
Windows XP Home set up

How to solve it, step by step?

boot from any one of the first two OS....whichever u want to keep
and remember the choice.

now edit the boot.ini of this OS and remove other entries from it... and check to wich drives other OSes entries point to..

Format these Drives or just delete the windows related folders

1. Boot from the windows you want to keep
2. Goto c:\
3. Open boot.ini
4. If you can't see it, run > boot.ini
5. Delete those entries pointing to the unwanted windows.
6. Delete the unwanted files.
7. End
