64 bit windows installation on my system

Hai to all
I am using a system with following configuration.
intel core 2 duo E7000 2.53Ghz
Biostar motherboard with intel G31 chipset and 256MB onboard graphics
2GB Transcend RAM
500GB Segate HDD
17'' CRT monitor.
Can i able to install and run Windows XP 64-bit and windows Vista 64-bit versions? If not tell me why i cant? Is there will be separate hardware for 64-bit editions if yes list the hardware. Please..........
