Question Why ThinkFree office is not working for me?

Whenever I try to create a new document on ThinkFree online office, I get the following message.
Quote:
Resolution for problems with 'ThinkFree Online Office'
Install JRE

ThinkFree runs using the Java Plug-in™(Trademark of Sun Microsystems)
The Java Plug-in makes your browser capable of running Sun Microsystem's Java Applications.
The Java Plug-in is included in JRE (Java Runtime Environment).

Please visit Sun Microsystems (java.sun.com) and install 'J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 12'.
Restart the Web browser after the installation has been completed.

To download Java Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 12:

1. Go to http://java.sun.com/products/archive/
2. Go to the section labeled [Java 2 Platform Standard Edition (J2SE)]. Then click on the drop down menu next to [JDK/JRE - 5.0] and choose [5.0 Update 12] and click [GO].
3. Go to the section labeled [JRE 5.0 Update 12] and click on [Download JRE].
4. Continue to follow the instructions.
5. After installation is complete, restart your web browser.
Even after installing the JRE 2.0 Update12 package, I am getting the same error .
Using Firefox 3.0.4 on Fedora 9.
Please help.

Hmmm....I do not use Fedora, but in openSUSE simply installing JRE won't do, if you are using firefox. You have to install java-1_6_0-sun (that's JRE) and java-1_6_0-sun-plugin (that's the browser plugin). Maybe something similar for Fedora?

Please read this
