Windows script host error again..y?

Dear frens,
I am facing the problem with windows script host error.When I log in to my pc with administrator rights, It always show “Cannot find the VB script engine C:\windows\system32\semtiantivirus.vbs and same with when I plug in the pen drive.I have got this problem earlier but I got remedies from this but when I have installed the avg antivirus free edition and scan my pc,it shows you have C:\windows\system32\semtiantivirus.vbs and I have healed/deleted the semi antivirus and againing healing this, when I restart my pc, the following msg comes, “Cannot find the vb script engine C:\windows\system32\semtiantivirus”.To get remedies from this,I have deleted VBS script file form file types and restated the pc the following msg gone but another msg saying “ Cannot find the file extension vbs” and again I have made the vbs file under file type and again restart the pc, the msg comes with repeat with “C:\windows\system32\semtiantivirus.vbs”.I have run the command “ regsvr32 vscript” and it is succeeded. What is the problem? It is problem with the improper installation of VB script file,do i need to install the VB script engine or I have virus/trojons/spyware on my pc?
I want to get permanent remedies from this.

go to startup (type msconfig in "run")
check the startup tab for any entries of "C:\windows\system32\semtiantivirus"
if present uncheck it, or, I think by now u've Ccleaner installed in ur PC,
In Cleaner, go to Tools>StartUp
Search for the same entry, if found delete it.

Reason: I think the file was included in ur startup, as soon as windows used to boot, it used to start. Now that u've deleted the file manually, as windows start it can't find the file throws d error.

Check this and reply.
