Default Virus Attack!

I'm having these problems ever since i connected my Pen Drive to my PC:
when I inserted the Pen Drive, my anti-virus, Avira Antivir personal, detected a virus Win32/sality. I tried to remove it but it wont just work, and now a week laater it has affected my PC.
I cannot run Avira, CCleaner and many other programs, they just open for half a second and then close automatically. I've tried to run virus removal tools like Dr.Web Cureit!, Norton Virus removal tool etc. but they also close after a brief moment. I however managed to run AVG's win32/sality remover but it didn't detect anything.
This problem has vecome very annoying as i can hardly run any software that the virus thinks is dangerous for itself. Please state some solution to this problem. I will be extremely thankful to those who try to help me.

Thumbs up Re: Virus Attack!

Try entering in Safe mode.
Check ur startup from here.
Delete any entries that u don't recognize or that r not required.

Then, try running ur Antivirus scan at this mode.

if unsuccessfull,

Get Avast, update and do a boot-time scan.
It may help u, try and reply back here.

I tried entering in safe mode but every time I select that option at startup the Computer restarts.

Try online virus scanner. Also try to install any other antivirus as well like AVG or Kaspersky.

Worst Condition:

Connect your Hard Drive to your friend's PC and scan with these one by one:

1. http://www.softpedia.com/get/Antivir...-Remover.shtml
2. Kaspersky Anti virus 2009 - Trial Version is Sufficient
3. a-Squared - http://www.emsisoft.com/en/software/free/
4. SuperAntiSpyware - http://www.superantispyware.com/download.html

Though 1 and 2 option will remove the worry, but still go for all. Why taking risk
