Showing Unknown Warning messages

I am having problems with double clicking, after that a warning message shows up. I am having Kaspersky Internet Security 2009, but once a time my computer slowed down, so i uninstalled it. Then after one day, my computer started showing these problems. Whenever i click my computer then open any Drives it shows up a warning that my computer is infected with viruses and some files are corrupted and windows xp files are also. Then it automatically opens up Internet explorer with the url in picture. Now i have Installed back kaspersky 2009 and Installed Spybot search and destroy and updated it. But no results. Please help me.

same problem also occurs with me .Actually there is no virus or corrupted files and windows xp files all warning are fake. These are the malwares .
