Software 2 track net usage of installed programmes ! ! !

as v have many softies installed & auto update is ON by default ..... any software 2 show which programme is downloading\uploading from net ? i have zonealarm & net meter installed ....

ZoneAlarm shows activities, right?! You can also use TCPView.

@swatkat ...... 2day 10mb was downloaded bt i didnt do that, zonealarm showed only green light on firefox ..... no sites were opening or no otherthing was on ....... thanx 4 tcpview ....

Comodo firewall also shows which programs are using how much percentage of bandwidth at that instant.

Haven't used it for a long time, but still I remember that it was shown at the right hand site near the middle when Comodo firewall window was opened.
