Default Right settings for the monitor

Hello friends. Finallt after help from you all I have bought my new rig. The config is as follows..

E7200 proccy
2*1 GB Ram from kingston
..
XFX 630i
Dell 19" SE198WFP

Now the problem is that from the last 2 days I am still not satisfied with the LCD output. I mean I was not bothered while using CRT. I know that I don't have the right settings configured. So now if anyone has the dell+xfx 630i combo. Please tell your monitor On Screen Display setting and also the settings for the nvidia ntune software. Please help me out!!

U can look at the icon of chrome installer to get idea of what I want to say.

Native Resolution means the MAX resolution then yes it is set to max and the color setting to Highest(32 bit). The installer was downloaded from official Google server
