embedding flash document in html file

i wish to use a flash document as background in an html file
how can i do so? i use flash professional 8

AFAIK, swf object cannot be embedded as background.
But if you know CSS, you can play a trick by using 2 iframes. One iframe forms the background, and the other one lies in the foreground. The foreground iframe shall have some transparency.
